The Library obtained free access quota from one of the major database platforms, Wiley Online Library from 12 to 21 December 2022. With the free quota, academic staff can view and download the non-subscribed journal articles from this platform. Please note that the free quota is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

Procedure for downloading articles on Wiley Online Library

Step 1

When you have clicked on the details page of an article on Wiley Online Library, you will see a PDF icon for downloading.

Step 2

• If this article is already under Lingnan University's current subscription, you will be directed to the PDF of the article. You may view/download the file by clicking the download icon at the upper right corner.

• However, if the article is NOT under Lingnan University's current subscription, you will be required to use a token, use another login or purchase instant access.
  To request articles that allow access with a token, please send us an email (library@ln.edu.hk) with the following information for our processing by 20 December (12:00 noon):
  • DOI link copied from the page
  • Your LU Email Address
  • Your LU Staff ID

Step 3
On or before 21 December 2022, the Library will deliver the requested articles via email with an access link valid for 24 hours.
You may view or download the PDF of the article with the access link within 24 hours.
