As the Chief Information Officer and University Librarian, I am committed to provide strategic leadership and direction in the development of information technology and library services in support for the mission of the University. I will work in close collaboration with Faculty, students, staff and all University stakeholders to continuously improve our services and facilities to meet your teaching, learning and research needs. Ms Jeany LEUNG (梁麗冰)
I am responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Information Officer and University Librarian as well as handling daily office work of the Library and the Chief Information Officer and University Librarian Administration Office.
Mr Gregory Chan
Gregory oversees the daily operation of the General Office, and provides administrative support to the preparation of annual budget exercise, meetings and events, as well as compiling management reports. Gregory also acts as the ITSC liaison person to the HR Office, Joint Universities Computer Centre, and other outside parties.

I am responsible for overseeing the overall planning, development and practices of library services and leading a team of talents from Access Services; Learning Support; and Digital Services.
Mr Tony TSANG (曾文豪)
Digital Services Librarian
I am responsible for the development and maintenance of different library systems, such as shared integrated library system and the Library website. I will also explore feasibility and apply different solutions to integrate and automate the Library workflow in an effective manner.
Ms Kimmy LEE (李錦怡)
Learning Support Librarian
I am responsible for providing reference services to all library users in support of their teaching, learning and research in the University community and also organising different library events to develop and promote the Library into a cultural and learning hub.
Mr Frankie TSANG (曾繁傑)
Learning Support Librarian
Major duties include coordinating the Library’s marketing effort through different channels and platforms, organizing and conducting library workshops for the university community, and providing reference services. Also serves as the library liaison officer for the Departments under the Faculty of Business.
Research Support & Archives
Ms Sheila CHEUNG (張思蕾)
Senior Assistant Librarian (Research Support and Archives)
Oversee the development and implementation of suite of services to support the research lifecycle for Lingnan researchers at all levels. Also responsible for the development, maintenance, promotion and curricular use of University’s Archives and Special Collections.
Ms Cindy KOT (葛智芳)
Research Support Librarian
Manage the University’s digital repository and research information management system. Provide expert advice and guidance on scholarly communications and the curation and visibility of research outputs. Explore and develop new forms of user support to embed Library’s services into faculty’s research lifecycle and scholarly exchange.
Cataloguing & Preservation
Mr Bill TANG (鄧浩標)
Senior Assistant Librarian (Cataloguing and Preservation)
As the head of the Library’s Cataloguing and Preservation Team, Mr. TANG is responsible for developing a bibliographic database in compliance with international cataloguing standards to support research, teaching and learning activities of the University. Major duties include supervising the operations of cataloguing, processing and preservation of library materials. He also serves as Lingnan’s representative in the JULAC Bibliographic Services Committee.
Collection Development & Management

Collection Development and Management Librarian
Major duties include collection development, acquisition of library materials, budget management, access maintenance of electronic resources and gift & exchange. She also serves as Lingnan’s representative in the JULAC Consortiall Committee.
