Staff and Students | Lingnan University Fong Sum Wood Library

With a valid LU Card, all current staff (including part-time staff) and students (except LIFE students) of Lingnan University can access the Library by tapping their LU Card against the entrance gate (1/F). Checkout privileges and access to E-resources vary by user types.

You may log in to all public PCs in the Library and access the Library's e-resources with your Lingnan account.

Access and Checkout Privileges will be terminated upon the following conditions:

User Type	Termination Conditions (whichever occurs first)
Staff	The last employment day according to the Library/University record, or Upon completion of the Exit Clearance procedure as required by HRO.
Student	Once graduation status is confirmed (following the Release of Graduation Information and Degree Conferment and Issuance of Graduation Certificates as stated in the Registry's Important Dates webpage), Upon completion of the Exit Clearance procedure as required by Registry/other units, or Expiry date printed on the LU Card.
