Library offers a number of Individual and Group Study Rooms for your private study and collaborations. Students can book the rooms via the Library Rooms/Facilities Booking System.

Booking Rules:
⚠️Connect to Lingnan ITSC VPN is required if your device is not connecting to campus / WiFi Networks.⚠️
- Bookings will be served by a "First Come First Served" basis.
- Bookings of 2 consecutive sessions can be made.
- Concurrent bookings of 2 rooms are NOT allowed.
- To claim the Rooms, users are required to tap their LU Cards on the readers outside, following the instructions of the card required the and tapping order.
- The bookings are not transferable. The Rooms are reserved for those who booked them only.
- The room will be released to others if the user does not show up after 15 minutes.
- No-show without making any cancellation will count against the quota limit.
- Users are responsible for the loss and damage of equipment used.
- Regulations will be subject to change without prior notice.
- The Library reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice.
