The Library provides different types of bookable study space for private and collaborative study. The space can be booked through the Library Rooms/Facilities Booking System, which is available to all current students.
Staff members should contact the Office of Campus Development and Management for booking other campus facilities.

Individual Study Rooms
11 Individual Study Rooms located on the 1/F, designed for private and quiet study.

Booking Rules:
- Please make the booking through the Library Rooms/Facilities Booking System.
- Bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Concurrent bookings of 2 rooms/carrels are NOT allowed.
- To claim the reserved space, users are required to tap their LU Cards on the reader outside and following the on-screen instructions at the start of each session, including any consecutive bookings.
- Bookings are not transferable. The space is reserved for those who booked it only.
- The space will be released to others if the user does not show up and claim the booking within the first 15 minutes.
- No-show without prior cancellation will count against the booking quota.
- Please reinstate everything within the space after use. Users are responsible for any loss and damage to the equipment used.
- The Library reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice.
- Violation of the Library Regulations will result in the suspension of Library privileges including access to facilities and resources, or disciplinary action.
- Library Regulations are subject to change without prior notice.
