Library offers a number of Individual and Group Study Rooms for your private study and collaborations. Staff and students can book the rooms via the Room Booking System. (VPN is needed for off-campus access)

Room Booking Rules:
- Booking will be served by a "First Come First Served" basis.
- Booking of 2 consecutive sessions can be made.
- Concurrent bookings to 2 rooms are NOT allowed.
- Users are required to check out the access card at the Service Counter before accessing the room.
- When 2 consecutive sessions are booked, users are required to check-in both sessions at the Service Counter.
- The Rooms are expected to be used by the users who have registered for the loan. The reservations are not transferable.
- The room will be released to others if the user does not show up after 15 minutes.
- No-show without making any cancellation will count against the quota limit.
- Users are responsible for the loss and damage of equipment used.
- Reservation rules and regulations will be subject to change without prior notice.
- The library reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice.
