Conferences/Seminars always associate with the creation of various scholarly outputs. The Library offers Conference Management System to capture the valuable output from all events, big or small, host by Lingnan community. The system supports:

E-Journal Publication
E-Journal Publishing Platform - a journal publishing software that supports OA or subscription-based journals. The Library offers support to publish University community's journal content, featuring the following functions:

Image Gallery
Image Galleries - a place to host all types of visual content, such as digitized archives, scanned historical documents, and photos from events. The Library offers support to the system, including the following functions:
- dynamic slideshows
- long-term image collection preservation
- integrated with Google Images™ search service (Images can be tagged with keywords)
- integrated with Google Earth™ mapping service (geolocation to be viewed on interactive maps)
- allows image browsing/download in different formats and sizes
