  Eric Colteau is an experienced professional in information sciences and publishing sectors currently serving as Implementations Lead at Research Solutions. Before joining Research Solutions in 2015, Eric held technical support and sales engineering roles with Wolters Kluwer and Swets after starting his career as Network technician with French Mobile Telecom. Eric holds a Master of Computer application specialising in Systems Administration and Project Management from IPI school.
