The Library is pleased to announce to Add 1 NEW OA Publishing Agreement in 2026, together the existing 9 publishers, making a total of 10 OA Agreements to be in place to support Lingnan authors to publish OA articles.  Each publisher comes with specific OA eligibility and Quota mechanism, please check out "Details" of each respective publisher's terms.
