The Library is pleased to announce that the Library on 1/F on the Southern part is now open for all of you. The temporary entrance at 2/F has been closed at the same time. Notices and signage are also posted on 1/F to guide you to the new areas.

You are welcome to come and enjoy our new reading area and Information Commons. Meanwhile, a small part of our Books (LC Class A–BD) is also available for browsing and borrowing. Appropriate signage has been in place to guide you to the new areas.

New Library Entrance, Service Counter, and new space

While the whole area is returning to service in phases, we are still working hard on the renovation of the remaining areas. May we gently ask you to mind the sites under construction when you visit the Library.

You may view the progress photos on this project website under the “Progress Updates” tab. We will keep you posted on the latest development of the new Library space. Thank you for your attention.
