Library Workshops for Postgraduates

Library Workshops for Postgraduate Students

This new series of induction workshops is co-organized by the Library and the Division of Graduate Studies (DGS), which aim at helping all postgraduates to succeed with your study and research by sharpening research and writing skills. Through a well-structured series of workshops and seminars, you can progressively:

  • develop effective skills in searching on your research topics;
  • acquire knowledge in research methodology and professional academic writing skills;
  • learn practical tips in publishing and enhancing research impact.

The whole series spreads across term 1 and 2 and is open to postgraduates at all levels. You are recommended to take the entire series though they are designed to be stand-alones.

If your timetable cannot fit into the schedule, or you want to learn a topic not listed above, we are happy to offer classes by appointment for groups of 10 or more people.
